AmPower FaceIT is an ERPNext-powered HR suite for SMEs, simplifying tasks like data management, performance reviews, and leave tracking to reduce administrative workload and boost employee engagement.
Challenge
The problem we are solving is helping SMEs with limited resources streamline HR tasks, reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy, and increase user adoption, all while maintaining an efficient and user-friendly experience.
Objective
The objective is designing a user-friendly interface that simplifies HR workflows, provides easy access to employee data, supports self-service features like leave applications and performance reviews, and integrates seamlessly with ERPNext, all while being scalable for SMEs.
User Research

We are creating wireframes to visualize the flow of leave requests, performance reviews, employee data management, and HR reporting within FaceIT.
Development and Optimization
We are handing over the design to the development team with documentation, wireframes, and prototypes. The team is integrating it into ERPNext :
