BuzzIT Revamp : Laying the foundation for AmPower One

As part of our continuous efforts to unify and streamline our AmPower Business Suite, we recently started to revamping the BuzzIT app in terms of UI and UX, this app is built for CXOs and Managers so that they can access the data of ERP on-the-go. This redesign decision goes beyond just aesthetics-it lays the foundation for AmPower One for future integration with multiple AmPower Apps like - OrderIT, BuzzIT, TargetIT, FaceIT, etc.

Why Revamp?

BuzzIT was built to provide on the go access to key ERP Modules like Sales Orders, Invoices, Reports. While it functions pretty good the UI made it feel like an old school app and it lacked visual consistency with our latest design of AmPower OrderIT, so we decided to give BuzzIT a newer look which is visually aligned to OrderIT’s UI so in future when there will be integration of both apps it will be seamless and had a hierarchy to it.

Designing with Purpose : Minimalist Meets Modular

The revamp began from Paper Wireframe Ideas to Figma Design, where we crafted a clean, minimalist, black and white interface inspired by OrderIT’s successful design so it matches the brand unification for AmPower One.

Build for Flexibility : Meta Rendering for ERPNext

Beyond UI, the new UX architecture is engineered with Meta Rendering- a strategic move that will allow BuzzIT to render ERPNext data as it is. This will bring 2 major advantages - 

1. Rapid Customization- If a new customer comes and say they had a custom ERPNext Doctype, then the UI will automatically adapts without needing a redesign or revamp adjustment.

2. Scalable Rapid System : This way the turn around time will be less and we can onboard new clients very fast and gets time to develop new features rather than adjusting the UI for each customer.

Future Forward : A step toward AmPower One 

This redesign isn’t just a standalone upgrade. It’s a crucial step in our journey toward AmPower One (a unified app that will combine all the AmPower Apps).

By harmonizing the UI and preparing the system for flexible rendering, we’ve created a future-proof interface ready for cross-module integration, smart switching between tools, and a smoother user journey across business functions.
