UX for AmPower One : A Unified UX For Smarter Business Tools

Nowadays workplace, using multiple apps for sales, HR and reporting leads to confusion, delays and a total chaos with very inefficiency. That’s why we come up with an Idea of merging all the AmPower Apps in to one unified app named AmPower One (it will bring together OrderIT, TargetIT, BuzzIT and FaceIT in a single mobile app), making it a one seamless solution.
To shape this, I conducted a focused UX Study to understand the real user pain points and crafted a solution that works across roles - CXO, managers and on ground teams.
The Problem -

The Goal -
To create an all-in-one app where users can switch between tools effortlessly, personalize their experience and get things done- faster and smarter. With this UX study, we will try to build the Figma UI for the potential design and try prototyping and user validation. AmPower One is more than a product-It’s step towards true design-led efficiency in business.
